While putting on a roof rack on an older car, I just destroyed two of the clamps. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to find replacement racks now. I was left with a couple alternatives, spend hundreds of dollars on a questionable used one or try to find a machinery shop that could help out. Called G3 and was greeted warmly on the phone, then welcomed to come in to have them look at it. Within 10 minutes they had the clamps working like new again. Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with G3 when we needed help with a solution for an in island kitchen cooktop replacement gap. Brandon was easy to work with and Steve was super friendly at pickup and payment time. Product was to exact specifications and affordable. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and I’m not a customer . Our shower head was broke and the shower head company stopped making replacement parts. I took the part in to Steve with an outside chance they could fix it for me . In a few minutes Steve was able to repair it so I could still use it. While I wasn’t a company who needed their services they took the time to help me. The small things matter in the big picture.

A small job ... for them. Huge for me. I purchased a miter saw stand a while back and just got around to putting it together. I discovered one of the wheel axel's had not been threaded. By now, it was out of warranty and parts were no longer available. G3 Machining cut the threads I needed for a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Also, an exceptionally fast turn around. I highly recommend this business.

ThankYou Brandon for the prompt and quick repair. I got one very pleased young lady who's anxious to shoot again. Hopefully I I don't rip the threads out of a riser again in my lifetime. However if I do I know where I'm going. Not only was the repair prompt an reasonably priced when my schedule got to hectic to get it picked up, Brandon went out of his way to accommodate.
